Ciao! We are Andy & Jamie Mills. We started this blog so friends and family can follow along on this exciting life we've chosen for our retirement years. Whether you're joining us out of curiosity, enjoyment, or similar ambitions, Benvenuto! 

 

We've been happily married to each other for the last 42 years. We've raised three beautiful daughters and have three beautiful son-in-laws. Our pride and joy is our grandson.

Andy has worked his whole life in construction and historical restoration, primarily antique log buildings. He is as handy as they come, able to build or fix almost anything. I've devoted my life to raising our family and homeschooling our girls. Later in life, I spent my career as Mother Mills, catering and developing and marketing my own line of easy-to-prepare food mixes. My passion has always been food, and I will be sharing Italian recipes here as well!
